
The Idea
League originated as a side idea during the development of another sports product. The goal was to create a playful and social platform for making sports forecasts without involving real money bets. Users compete with friends based on their sports knowledge and instincts, bringing the excitement of betting into a risk-free environment.
Who are our users?
→ They want to feel the thrill of forecasting a match result but don’t want to deal with bookmakers or waste their money
→ They believe that they understand team sports better than most and want to prove it, so they want to compare their forecasts with other users
→ When they watch a match between teams they are not emotionally involved in, they want to increase an engagement and give the game personal emotional meaning by making forecasts
User Journey
Users can make forecasts on upcoming matches from the world’s most popular football leagues. After submitting a forecast, they are automatically placed in a global ranking among all app users.
